We are looking for contractors to support software development for feature development for multiple CPA products (Falcon III CPA, CPA for RF-7800M-MP, CPA for RF-7800M-HH, CPA for RF-5800V-MP, CPA for RF-5800M-HH, CPA for RF-5800V-HH). It is important for resources to have experience in developing Windows client applications using C#/.NET. (Falcon III CPA, RF-7800M-MP, RF-7800M-HH, 1-2 developers needed), (5800V-MP, 5800M-HH, 5800V-HH, 1 developer needed), with potential for follow-on work for other CPA product development. Contractors must work onsite.

Work Summary
Perform Requirements Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of Windows application software supporting CPA products, created using the Microsoft Visual Studio toolset. Candidate must have prior experience in developing Windows client applications using C#/.NET. Candidate will need to follow defined development and process (CMMI-3) standards, including application of architectural standards used in CPA product development. Candidate must be willing to rework code/design based on feedback from other software developers (via code/design reviews) and develop high-quality code which is thoroughly unit tested prior to integration.

Senior Navy / Nuclear Product Engineer

Navy Nuclear Product engineers are responsible for contract satisfaction, design, service and manufacturing support for all products related to steam turbines used in shipboard applications and in safety related nuclear emergency feed water services.

Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Required:
US Citizenship
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years experience in rotating machinery, steam turbine or related machinery design, analysis, product, service or manufacturing engineering.

Able and willing to travel minimum of 5% of the time
Candidate must be willing to work beyond a typical 40 hour week
Must have the ability to acquire a US Government security clearance.

Machine Vision System Engineer to work on various measurements projects. The ideal candidate would have experience designing and building visions systems… then writing the control and imaging software to make them perform. Required Skills/Experience:
Work experience developing imaging based measurement systems, familiarity with both system design (lighting, optics, lens, camera, frame grabber selection) and Image system code development (Windows Environment). Visual Studio.NET (C# and/or VB.NET). Imaging tools (at least one of OpenCV, Matrox MIL, MVTec Halcon, Coreco WIT,…), Classifier systems (Neural Network design, Statistical methods, etc…)
Machine vision... inspect particles on glass surfaces or defects in the glass.

Desired Skills/Experience:
Substantial work experience with Professional Imaging Toolkits (Halcon, MIL, or WIT preferably), Data Management (SQL and associated .NET code development), basic hands on electronics/computer (able to put together PC/Systems hardware), familiarity with motion control.

Essential Responsibilities
•Conceptualize system architecture based on standardized design specifications.
•Mechanical design of system hardware including the creation of requirements, specifications, drawings & documentation.
•Generation of operation and maintenance manuals.
•Specify and conduct qualification test plans and procedures, including Validation & Verification (V&V) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
•Provide training to customers on mechanical content of non-destructive test machines.
•Ensure that system designs comply with all applicable specifications, industry standards, regulations and customer requirements such as Machine Directive and OSHA..
