Sr Test Engineer
As a Sr. Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to investigate and analyze all electrical and test problems while deploying the concepts of Continuous Improvement and Value Based Six Sigma to meet goals. You will be able to provide advice and consultation to engineering personnel and management in areas of specialization. Perform duties where the possiblity of substantial and serious impact on projects through errors that can be prevented only by a sustained high degree of care and attention.

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or an applicable science.

Six or more years in related fields, experience in a manufacturing enviornment encompassing electronic design, assembly and/or test.

Knowledge of design, sources and applications of test equipment; test methods and porcedures; electronics, CAD; software programming as applicable to automatic test equipment, LABVIEW.

Must be highly proficient with C, C++, C#. Must be meticulous, organized, and be a detail oriented developer. Proficient in UML design/diagram interpretation. Experience using UML/SYSML modeling languages to communicate system design.

Proficient with multi-threaded and multi-process design /development. 10+years of development experience. Proven expertise in software architecture and design. Strong background in high level software design. Strong background in developing highly reliable systems. Track record of working on (3 or more developer) software development projects.

Ability to influence design choices through the design review process. Strong experience developing/integrating software, electrical hardware, and mechanics. Experienced at developing database centric test systems. Healthy amount of common sense. Must have a BS or MS in Electrical or Software Engineering or related area.

Testing Skills: Experience performing whitebox and blackbox testing Experience developing "in product" test features Experience developing regression test suites
